Job Summary
Our client, a major entertainment and media company, is looking for a Product Manager to own the shared cart and checkout experience across web and mobile app. This is a 12 month contract, based in Orlando, FL. This person will drive product features from ideation through delivery, write requirements and user stories, and partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to improve conversion. Looking for someone with real hands-on experience owning ecommerce transactional products, cart, checkout, and payment processing specifically, not just general ecommerce product exposure, plus strong technical fluency and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities
- Drive portions of the product development lifecycle from ideation through delivery for defined features
- Develop product requirements and user stories that translate technical needs into functional capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and business partners to ensure alignment
- Own execution for small to medium product areas, including solution definition, validation, launch, and iteration
- Contribute to the design and integration of software features or third-party solutions
- Partner with engineering on new technologies, testing approaches, and technical architecture
- Use data, experimentation, or user insights to shape product decisions
- Deliver clear presentations for diverse audiences using strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of related product management experience
- Familiarity with commerce products, including cart, checkout, and transactional funnels
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Experience writing feature-level requirements, user stories, and backlog inputs
- Strong technical knowledge with experience leading initiatives spanning engineering, UX, and business teams
- Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation tools
- Comfort with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions
- Experience using data, experimentation, or user insights to shape product decisions
- Experience with experimentation or measurement tools such as Adobe, Contentsquare, or Tableau
- Comfortable evaluating technical trade-offs alongside engineering teams
- Strategic thinker who can drive ideas into action
- Works well across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Can manage multiple concurrent priorities and shift between tasks throughout the day
- Location: Orlando, FL
- 2 days a week onsite preferred, subject to change
- Contract runs 12 months
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
