Job Summary
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Project Coordinator V to join their team. This is a 27-week contract running from 08/24/2026 through 02/28/2027. This position is fully onsite in Bellevue, WA, five days per week, supporting an enterprise post-investigation remediation program. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating compliance-related initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams, and managing program documentation, reporting, and communications.

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Project Coordinator V to join their team. This is a 27-week contract running from 08/24/2026 through 02/28/2027. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating compliance-related initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams, and managing program documentation, reporting, and communications.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage one or more key functions within the post-investigation remediation program, including Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, or Individual Incident Remediation
- Perform data analysis, prepare executive reports, document program activities, and measure program effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support compliance initiatives and increase program awareness
- Develop and deliver training materials, communications, job aids, and online resources for employees
- Participate in cross-functional compliance initiatives, including risk assessments, awareness campaigns, and technology implementation efforts
- Facilitate meetings, capture detailed meeting notes, and maintain accurate program documentation
- Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by business management
- 4+ years of compliance-related or program coordination experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional programs and stakeholders within a corporate environment
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills with accurate data entry and documentation experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting enterprise compliance programs
- Experience developing employee training materials and communications
- Experience taking detailed meeting notes and maintaining standardized documentation
- Experience using ServiceNow for data entry and program tracking
- Experience participating in compliance program development or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting risk assessments or compliance awareness campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days per week)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is up to $35.00 and $42.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
