Job Summary
Our client, a financial and technology leader provider, is seeking a Product Manager. This role will support the Performing Loans organization and focus on the ownership, strategy, and enhancement of an Agent UI Platform that supports call center and back-office servicing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of product management expertise, technical aptitude, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through product ownership and roadmap execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for agent-facing servicing platforms
- Manage products throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept and planning through delivery and ongoing optimization
- Partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and engineering teams to define requirements and prioritize initiatives
- Develop and influence multi-year product strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and competing priorities to maximize business value
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions, integrations, dependencies, and tradeoffs
- Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure business outcomes
- Facilitate alignment across executive leadership, business partners, operational teams, and technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve agent productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness
- Support the evolution of AI-enabled servicing capabilities and intelligent workflow solutions
- Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven experience owning products from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business outcomes through product strategy and execution
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization capabilities
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to partner effectively with engineering teams
- Experience discussing APIs, integrations, architecture concepts, and technical dependencies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience using data to drive decision-making and product prioritization
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience influencing executives, business leaders, operations teams, and engineering organizations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities
Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience supporting financial services, mortgage servicing, lending, or banking-related products
- Experience with agent-facing applications, customer service platforms, or operational workflow solutions
- Familiarity with telephony platforms and IVR technologies
- Experience with case management systems
- Experience supporting complaint management operations
- Experience with AI-enabled products, Generative AI tools, or AI-driven process improvements
- Experience working within Agile product development environments
- Experience supporting products used by large-scale customer service or operations organizations

- Work Model: Hybrid
- Onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week
- Contract-to-hire engagement
- Team consists of 10+ Product Managers supporting enterprise servicing functions
- Opportunity to support highly visible products used across multiple business areas
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $90.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
