Our client, a leading airline, is seeking a Product Management Trainer to join their team. This individual will deliver engaging, enterprise-level Product Management training while helping learners develop modern product management skills and AI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on Product Management experience combined with exceptional facilitation and instructional content development skills.
Key Details:
- Contract: 5-month contract with potential for extension
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)
- Interview Process: Two rounds (Virtual followed by Onsite)
- Required Assessment: Candidates must submit a PowerPoint presentation demonstrating a real-world training initiative they have planned and delivered. Submissions without the presentation will not be considered.
- Deliver Product Management fundamentals to multiple enterprise learning cohorts
- Facilitate engaging workshops, discussions, simulations, and hands-on learning exercises
- Teach Product Management frameworks including discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, OKRs, experimentation, and product strategy
- Create, update, and maintain instructional materials, case studies, exercises, and digital learning content
- Guide learners through structured learning paths, assessments, and knowledge checks
- Maintain learner attendance, completion records, and assessment documentation
- Teach AI-enabled Product Management practices, including AI-assisted research, prioritization, roadmap planning, scenario modeling, and responsible AI usage
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Local to Fort Worth, TX
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, Product Coach, or Product Management Trainer
- Proven experience facilitating instructor-led training or workshops for diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of Product Management frameworks including discovery, problem framing, prioritization, roadmapping, OKRs, and experimentation
- Experience using AI-assisted Product Management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Experience creating instructional content and managing learner records with strong attention to detail
- Instructional Design experience
- Professional Product Management certifications
- Airline industry experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale learning programs
- Experience teaching multiple Product Management disciplines across various product types
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience coaching Product Managers at varying experience levels
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex Product Management concepts into engaging learning experiences
- Strong facilitation and audience engagement abilities
- Adaptable and comfortable working with diverse learner groups and multiple concurrent training cohorts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote)
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $80.00 and $105.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
