Our client, a leading energy organization, is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of a Coupa Hosted Catalog solution. This role will oversee cross-functional procurement and supply chain initiatives, driving program delivery, stakeholder alignment, supplier enablement, and integration with broader Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and ERP transformation efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design, governance, implementation, and adoption of the Coupa Hosted Catalog solution in support of Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, and IT objectives
- Drive program delivery from a Supply Chain perspective while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end execution
- Manage the full program lifecycle, including business process design, supplier enablement, system configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, change management, and post-go-live stabilization
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technical workstreams
- Ensure alignment with broader Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and ERP transformation objectives
- Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and executive communications
- Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and suppliers to support successful solution delivery and adoption
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives
- 5+ years of experience implementing procurement, sourcing, supplier enablement, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technology solutions
- Proven experience leading procurement catalog implementations or supplier enablement programs through successful go-live
- Strong experience with Coupa and procurement technology platforms
- Experience supporting procure-to-pay processes, procurement operations, and procurement-to-ERP integrations
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple business and technical workstreams
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and operational transition activities
- Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives and enterprise system implementations
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, governance, risk management, issue management, and executive reporting
- Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and supplier relationships
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Direct experience implementing Coupa Hosted Catalogs
- Experience with Coupa Procurement, Coupa P2P, Coupa Supplier Management, or related Coupa modules
- Experience supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Knowledge of Punchout, cXML, OCI, EDI, supplier connectivity standards, and catalog content management processes
- Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, or Operations background
- General procurement and supplier management experience
- Catalog implementation experience outside of Coupa platforms
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
- Utility, energy, or other regulated industry experience
- Experience establishing catalog governance models and supplier content management processes

- Work Model: Hybrid
- Schedule: 3 days a week on site
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $36.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
