Our client, a leading transportation and travel services provider, is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join their team! This position is located in Fort Worth, TX, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, a leading transportation and travel services provider, is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join their team! This position is located in Fort Worth, TX, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead UX design initiatives within cross-functional Agile teams, defining user stories, UX deliverables, and user-centered solutions
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Developers from ideation through implementation, influencing decisions through UX best practices, research, and design principles
- Create conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Develop UX research strategies and conduct heuristic reviews, user interviews, moderated and unmoderated usability testing
- Translate qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable design recommendations and iterative product improvements
- Design responsive, adaptive, accessible, and native mobile experiences while maintaining established design patterns and standards
- Present design recommendations to stakeholders and manage feedback, project communications, risks, and multiple concurrent UX initiatives
- 3+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience with a strong background in user experience or interaction design
- Strong hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools and the ability to rapidly iterate designs for user testing and development
- Proven experience partnering closely with Developers from inception through implementation in an Agile environment
- Strong hands-on experience with UX research and usability testing, including qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience designing complex user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and responsive/adaptive experiences
- Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, disciplines, and geographically distributed teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience translating complex requirements and user needs into scalable, sustainable design solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience
- Experience designing Native iOS and Android applications
- Experience designing accessible digital experiences and applying accessibility best practices
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design, research, prototyping, and mobile product work
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly communicate design recommendations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent UX initiatives within complex enterprise environments

- Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday through Thursday; remote Monday and Friday

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $44.00 and $63.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums
