Job Summary
Our client, a leading media & entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives within large, matrixed organizations. Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process improvement, Agile delivery, business process analysis, and executive communications. Proven ability to bridge business and technology teams, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support successful implementation of technology-driven initiatives.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

- Lead requirements gathering sessions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Document business requirements
- Develop user stories and use cases
- Create functional specifications
- Define acceptance criteria
- Act as liaison between business and technology teams
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions and decision making
- Communicate risks, impacts, and recommendations
- Work effectively in highly matrixed organizations
- Analyze current-state processes
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Recommend future-state solutions
- Create process maps and workflow diagrams
- Drive operational improvements
- Support software development initiatives
- Participate in Agile delivery
- Assist with planning and prioritization
- Support testing and implementation
- Partner with Project Managers and Product Managers

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
