Our client, a leading Healthcare & Sciences provider, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Data & Analytics to join their team! This position will own the end-to-end delivery of a complex, global data and analytics program supporting a large-scale corporate separation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on M&A, separation, or carve-out experience along with strong ownership of enterprise data platform and reporting initiatives. This is a 6-month contract and is fully remote within the United States, with candidates expected to typically work CST or EST hours.

Our client, a leading Healthcare & Sciences provider, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Data & Analytics to join their team! This position will own the end-to-end delivery of a complex, global data and analytics program supporting a large-scale corporate separation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on M&A, separation, or carve-out experience along with strong ownership of enterprise data platform and reporting initiatives. This is a 6-month contract and is fully remote within the United States, with candidates expected to typically work CST or EST hours.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the integrated program plan, critical path, milestones, dependencies, and delivery from mobilization through release
- Lead data architecture, master data harmonization, reporting, and cross-company data-sharing workstreams
- Establish report readiness criteria and coordinate data validation, reconciliation, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and hypercare
- Drive dependencies across Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Network, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, and ERP teams
- Facilitate cross-company decisions around KPI definitions, master data, hierarchy mappings, and reporting standards
- Own RAID, action, dependency, assumption, decision, and change logs while proactively driving issues to resolution
- Establish program governance and operating cadence, producing concise executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and decision materials
- 10+ years of IT project/program management experience, including 4+ years leading data platform, BI, or analytics programs within a large global enterprise
- Hands-on M&A integration, corporate separation, or carve-out delivery experience, including Day 1 dependencies and transition constraints
- Proven ownership of large-scale, multi-team, multi-region technology programs with business-committed delivery dates
- Strong technical understanding of modern data platforms, including Snowflake and/or Databricks, BI tools, data pipelines, master data management, and data governance
- Direct experience with master data and hierarchy harmonization across systems or organizations
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience, including presenting to VP and C-level sponsors and driving complex decisions to closure
- Strong program operating discipline with experience independently managing critical paths, cross-functional dependencies, risks, actions, documentation, and executive reporting
- CPG or manufacturing industry experience
- Familiarity with sales, market share, eCommerce POS, spend analytics, supply chain finance, or capital planning reporting
- Experience working within an IMO, PMO, or SPMO environment
- SAP ECC and/or S/4 exposure from a data, analytics, or reporting perspective
- Working knowledge of SOX, GxP, security, and IAM control environments
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong delivery ownership and accountability
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to drive decisions and action without direct authority
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Proactive risk identification, escalation, and problem solving
- Fully remote within the United States
- Typically working CST or EST hours
- 6-month contract

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $58.00 and $83.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
