Art Director, PPX

Job Summary 
Our client is seeking an experienced Art Director, PPX to join their Premium creative team. This role is focused on developing modern, high-end creative experiences across digital, web, and social channels.

This hybrid position will be located in New York, NY; Chicago, IL; McLean, VA; or Richmond, VA.

Core Responsibilities 

• Lead digital creative design across websites, webpages, social, and integrated marketing channels
• Develop modern, high-end creative concepts and translate them into polished digital experiences
• Design within and contribute to Figma-based digital design systems and component libraries
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve visual standards across products and channels
• Create compelling social creative tailored to different platforms and audiences
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Marketing, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic creative solutions
• Use insights and business objectives to develop creative that cuts through the noise and raises the creative bar
• Present concepts and creative work effectively, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
• 3+ years of professional design experience, including work across multiple marketing/digital channels
• 3+ years of experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as:
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • InDesign
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, high-end visual design and creative strategy
• Portfolio must include relevant examples of digital/web and social design
• Strong understanding of visual design, branding, typography, composition, and art direction
• Ability to work effectively within established brand and digital design systems
• A creative portfolio is required for consideration

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 

• Experience within luxury, premium, travel, financial services, or related industries
• Experience working with enterprise-level design standards
• Experience using or contributing to digital design systems and component libraries
• Experience working with robust Figma libraries and digital components
• Experience helping evolve or maintain digital design systems
• UX design experience, particularly where it involves website design and digital design systems
• Experience with video, animation, photography, or directing multimedia creative
• Demonstrated ability to create sophisticated, premium-quality digital experiences

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $44.00 and $49.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
