Our client is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.
This role will lead a variety of projects including system implementations, software upgrades, legacy application replacements, and new application development across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.
This role will lead a variety of projects including system implementations, software upgrades, legacy application replacements, and new application development across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Duties:
- Lead software upgrades and system implementations, Legacy system replacements, Net-new application development (full SDLC), Discovery, intake, and RFP initiatives
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Resource planning and delivery forecasting
- Partner closely with business stakeholders from idea inception through execution and completion
- Develop project charters, business cases to get project funding approved
- Support project intake by helping define scope, requirements, and business cases
- Develop project charters aligned with established PMO standards and governance processes
- Track and report on project health, timelines, and risks
- Present updates to leadership and governance committees, including executive-level reporting
- 5+ years of Project Management experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SDLC concepts and project delivery frameworks
- PMP certified, highly preferred
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects across IT and business teams
- Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable working in high-visibility environments with executive stakeholders
- Experience navigating structured governance and regulated environments is a plus
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a flexible approach to problem-solving
- Relationship-driven and effective working across different teams and personalities
