Job Summary
Our client a leading healthcare & life sciences provider is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team! We are looking for candidates with experience working in healthcare systems of similar size to our client (multistate, inpatient + outpatient locations) on construction and unit remodel projects.
This position is a 6 month, contract to hire role. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage one or more medium projects in Information Technology
- Plan, organize, and guide teams to execute project tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring successful outcomes
- Experience working in healthcare systems of (multistate, inpatient + outpatient locations) on construction and unit remodel projects
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment required
- Demonstrated project experience in healthcare and/or biomedical engineering
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Time management skills
- Scheduling and Communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Location: Need to be located in California, Oregon, or Washington
- Remote PST
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $43.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
