Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and DevOps transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will drive projects spanning data center operations, cloud migration, server, storage, networking, automation, and platform engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing enterprise infrastructure projects and a solid understanding of DevOps practices and modern delivery methodologies.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and DevOps transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will drive projects spanning data center operations, cloud migration, server, storage, networking, automation, and platform engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing enterprise infrastructure projects and a solid understanding of DevOps practices and modern delivery methodologies.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and platform-related initiatives
- Manage projects involving data centers, servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, platform engineering, and application teams
- Drive modernization efforts and improve operational processes
- Support DevOps enablement initiatives including CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
- Provide project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate decision-making and remove project blockers
- Ensure compliance with change management, risk, and audit requirements
- 7+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects
- Background supporting servers, networking, data centers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based operational processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting DevOps, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PgMP certification
- Experience driving operational efficiency and automation programs

- Location: Hopkins, MN (Onsite) – Also open to candidates near Dallas (Irving, TX), Minneapolis, MN, and Chicago, IL
- Core business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
