Our client is seeking a Senior IS Project Manager to support the Clinical Technology Services (CTS) organization. This role is responsible for leading Clinical Engineering (BioMed) initiatives associated with healthcare construction, facility expansions, equipment implementations, and operational readiness across the health system.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Engineering workstreams supporting construction and facility projects
- Serve as the primary liaison between CTS, project teams, vendors, operational leadership, and clinical stakeholders
- Develop implementation strategies for clinical devices and medical equipment
- Identify project dependencies, implementation requirements, and operational readiness activities
- Coordinate equipment procurement, storage, staging, delivery, installation, and activation
- Partner with construction teams to ensure clinical equipment is deployed according to project timelines
- Facilitate Technology Review Board (TRB) assessments and required approvals
- Coordinate Nuvolo updates and device integration activities
- Manage project budgets and ongoing financial reviews
- Collaborate with IS, Clinical Engineering, Facilities, Operations, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop standardized implementation playbooks and best practices for future BioMed deployments
- Ensure operational support models are established before project completion
- Maintain project documentation, risk logs, communication plans, and executive status reporting
- Clinical Engineering (BioMed) experience
- Senior Project Management experience leading complex healthcare initiatives
- Experience supporting healthcare construction, capital projects, renovations, or facility expansions
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and vendors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Residence within the greater Seattle area
- Experience with Nuvolo
- Medical device implementation experience
- Technology Review Board (TRB) experience
- Healthcare systems integration experience
- Experience supporting Imaging, Surgery, Cardiology, or other clinical service lines
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Primarily remote
- Contract 12 months
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $43.00 and $62.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
