Senior Program Manager - IAM, MFA, & CDR Transformation

Job Summary
Our Travel & Hospitality client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their team! This role is responsible for the support of enterprise security initiatives with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and alignment to Cloud Detection & Response (CDR) efforts.

Core Responsibilities 

• Lead IAM and cybersecurity assessments, with emphasis on MFA and identity controls
• Translate assessment findings into clear, prioritized, and actionable roadmaps
• Design and guide MFA strategies across a range of use cases—from standard enterprise environments to complex operational scenarios 
• Partner with cross-functional teams including CISO leadership, Cloud Detection & Response (CDR), change management, and delivery teams
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define challenges, align stakeholders, and drive decisions
• Identify gaps between security design and operational realities, and recommend practical, scalable solutions
• Support implementation and rollout efforts, ensuring adoption and minimal disruption to business operations
• Drive accountability, momentum, and execution across initiatives
• Communicate risks, progress, and outcomes in clear business terms

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 

• Background in IAM, including MFA, identity governance, and/or Zero Trust initiatives
• Experience supporting cybersecurity or security maturity assessments
• Experience working in complex, real-world environments
• Exposure to implementation and rollout, not just strategy or design
• Proven ability to drive execution in ambiguous, evolving enterprise environments
• Strong communicator with executive presence
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and align stakeholders
• Naturally curious, creative problem solver
• Thinks beyond theory, focuses on what works in real-world environments
• Takes ownership and drives outcomes end-to-end

Work Environment 

• Location: Fully remote
• Central Time Zone working hours are preferred

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $105.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
