Our client is seeking a Project Management Technical – Decisioning professional to support the translation of business requirements into decisioning solutions using the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and IT teams to intake business requirements, develop decisioning logic, execute testing, and ensure customers receive relevant and eligible offers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Pega CDH, business requirements gathering, project management, testing, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Our client is seeking a Project Management Technical – Decisioning professional to support the translation of business requirements into decisioning solutions using the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and IT teams to intake business requirements, develop decisioning logic, execute testing, and ensure customers receive relevant and eligible offers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Pega CDH, business requirements gathering, project management, testing, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate business and marketing requirements into decisioning logic within the Pega CDH platform
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure technical solutions align with requirements
- Develop, maintain, and enhance decisioning strategies and logic based on customer attributes and intent
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for decisioning system changes
- Create and maintain process flow documentation, development standards, and project artifacts
- Manage decisioning projects from ideation through production deployment
- Identify, document, and assist in resolving defects and production issues
- Collaborate with development teams to support implementation and troubleshooting efforts
- Consolidate project updates and present information clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Create PowerPoint presentations and documentation to communicate project changes and business impacts
- Support governance processes and recommend continuous improvements to decisioning workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Decisioning, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related technical role
- Strong experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and decisioning capabilities
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience executing UAT and regression testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and IT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe, Unica, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, or Clarify
- Experience reading and analyzing XML transactions and API responses
- Background in programming languages such as Java, PHP, C, or similar technologies
- Experience supporting retail or call center environments
- Knowledge of decisioning governance and process improvement initiatives
- Experience presenting project updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation and leadership capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing business needs
- Location: Remote / Los Angeles, CA area
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Occasional travel required (up to 5%)
- The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
