Contract Details
- Contract Type: Long-term, open-ended contract
- Work Location: Charlotte, NC
- Support Salesforce Workforce Management (WFM) initiatives in partnership with business and technical teams
- Independently elicit, analyze, and define requirements from ambiguous, incomplete, or evolving business requests
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and developer-ready requirements
- Analyze application functionality, business processes, integrations, system dependencies, and downstream impacts
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support testing efforts, production issues, escalations, and ongoing application enhancements
- Develop deep functional expertise and serve as a trusted subject matter expert for supported applications and business processes
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting complex enterprise applications
- Demonstrated experience performing requirements discovery and elicitation where requirements were not already defined
- Ability to independently investigate business needs and translate findings into actionable technical requirements
- Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process maps, and functional documentation
- Strong understanding of application behavior, integrations, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies
- Excellent critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders and leadership
- Salesforce Workforce Management (WFM) experience
- Experience supporting another enterprise Workforce Management platform
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Previous technical background in software development or quality assurance
- Experience working across multiple application domains or industries
- Proven ability to quickly learn new business processes and technologies
- Experience serving as a functional subject matter expert for enterprise applications

- Location: Charlotte, NC (preferred); St. Louis, MO may be considered
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days on-site 1 remote
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is up to $70,000 and $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
