Our client, a leading airline company, is seeking a Program Manager IV to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, IL.
Contract Details
- Contract type and duration: Contract, 27 weeks
- Contract dates: 08/24/2026 – 02/27/2027
- Onsite, hybrid or remote expectations: Fully Remote
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects and program initiatives focused on third-party risk management and cybersecurity resilience
- Coordinate with technical and functional owners to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with program objectives
- Identify roadblocks, manage dependencies, and support teams in implementing program roadmaps
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including procurement, finance, insurance, legal, and vendor management teams
- Oversee program commitments, reporting obligations, KPIs, and executive-level updates
- Support the implementation and improvement of third-party risk management tools and capabilities
- Drive change management initiatives and help teams transition to improved processes and operating models
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and technical teams to maintain momentum across multiple projects
- Analyze program risks and opportunities and develop actionable plans to support successful delivery
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Strong background in program and project management, with a focus on cross-functional delivery
- Significant experience managing complex programs, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to identify roadblocks and coordinate solutions across technical and functional teams
- Strong project delivery, planning, organizational, and execution skills
- Experience working with technical teams and sufficient technology literacy to understand technical discussions and dependencies
- Experience managing change initiatives and supporting the implementation of program roadmaps
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in third-party risk management or cybersecurity programs
- Familiarity with third-party risk tools such as SecurityScorecard, Black Kite, or similar platforms
- Experience working with enterprise-level organizations and complex vendor environments
- Exposure to cybersecurity resilience, supply chain risk, or vendor management initiatives
- Experience with change management and process improvement
- PMP certification
- Experience working with procurement, finance, legal, insurance, or vendor management stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
