Product Owner

Job Summary
Our client, a leading airline industry provider, is seeking a Product Owner with strong digital analytics implementation experience to join their team. This is a contract opportunity based in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will define and communicate a compelling product vision for IT applications, operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, and lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features and application enhancements, with a strong focus on implementing and maintaining digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and Celebrus across web and app platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision, developing and managing roadmaps for IT applications aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives
• Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities, balancing technical debt, scalability, and business value
• Manage Adobe Analytics administration tasks, including creating SAINT classifications, managing shared dashboards, and designing custom segments for visitor profile analysis
• Collaborate with Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors to define requirements, implement analytics tracking, and ensure proper reporting
• Define and track product KPIs and OKRs measuring application performance, reliability, and business impact, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Perform QA activities, including data validation and identifying data collection issues across analytics implementations

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of total experience as a Product Owner
• 1+ years of experience implementing and maintaining digital analytics tools on web and app platforms (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Celebrus)
• 1+ years of experience with Adobe products or similar analytics tools, preferably in an implementation capacity
• 1 year of QA experience, including data validation and identifying data collection issues
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors, to define requirements and implement analytics tracking
• Experience managing analytics and/or development projects

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves -not a must)

• Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with iOS and Android SDKs
• Experience with Agile development and associated ceremonies

Work Environment

• Location: Fort Worth, TX
• Hybrid three times a week

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
