Product Manager

Job Summary 
Our Financial Services client is seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about helping businesses drive strategy with insightful, risk-informed decisions.

Core Responsibilities 

• Take part in an organization that is on an exciting and fast paced journey to transform risk management through technology
• Seek feedback from users and work with business leaders to discover unmet needs to inform your product strategy and roadmap
• Manage and reimagine a suite of Operational Risk Management products in support of risk oversight programs, risk advisory & challenge functions and oversight
• Lead an integrated cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, and business SMEs to design and build innovative solutions
• Be a thought leader in how we might leverage Machine Learning and AI to drive proactive, real-time risk management

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 

• 3+ years of Product experience (agile delivery, product analysis)
• Agile delivery
• Strong data (underlying function)

• Collaboration 

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 

• Master's Degree or MBA preferred

Work Environment 

• Location:  Hybrid in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $56.00 per hour, W2.  Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
