Our Financial Services client is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their team! This role partners closely with senior program managers, product, engineering, finance, and risk teams to ensure transparency, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities. The role requires hands-on experience with Clarity for program financials and status reporting, Workday and VNDLY for workforce and resourcing processes, and familiarity with technology delivery in a financial services context.

Our Financial Services client is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their team! This role partners closely with senior program managers, product, engineering, finance, and risk teams to ensure transparency, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities. The role requires hands-on experience with Clarity for program financials and status reporting, Workday and VNDLY for workforce and resourcing processes, and familiarity with technology delivery in a financial services context.
Core Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, financial tracking, and reporting for technology programs within a regulated financial services environment
- Support end-to-end execution of technology programs, including planning, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and milestone reporting
- Prepare program materials and updates suitable for executive and leadership audiences, following enterprise reporting standards
- Maintain accurate program financials, schedules, and status in Clarity, including forecasts, actuals, and variance explanations
- Support capital and expense tracking for technology initiatives and assist with periodic financial reviews
- Assist with resource tracking, onboarding, and role changes using Workday in coordination with managers and HR partners
- Support workforce planning activities, including tracking allocations and forecasted needs across programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in technology program management, project management, or PMO support
- Hands-on experience with Clarity (program status, financials, or portfolio reporting)
- Working experience with Workday & VNDLY (resource management, workforce coordination, or administrative processes)
- Experience supporting technology initiatives within financial services or other highly regulated environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready materials
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good knowledge of banking network is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret business and technical requirements
- Location: Charlotte, NC
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
