Our client, a leading financial provider, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The team is transitioning to a new media partner and needs Project Manager support to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, a leading financial provider, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The team is transitioning to a new media partner and needs Project Manager support to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.

Key Details:
- Contract type and duration: 4 Month Contract
- Work location: Hybrid in Wilmington, Delaware or Remote (EST Hours)
- Onsite, hybrid or remote expectations: Hybrid or Remote
- Provide end-to-end oversight of the agency transition and serve as the primary point of contact for leadership
- Own and maintain the master project timeline, ensuring alignment across leadership, internal teams, and agency partners
- Lead internal meetings, agency partner meetings, and working sessions; coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups
- Provide project status updates to leadership and proactively communicate milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide oversight and support to Level 2 Project Managers and ensure successful execution across workstreams
- Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure the transition does not hinder day-to-day operations
- Drive operational change management, develop RACI frameworks, and streamline handoff workflows between internal teams and agency partners
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within an agency, advertising, media, or related environment
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- PMP certification
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Experience leading large-scale agency transitions
- Workfront experience
- Experience with operational change management
- Experience developing RACI frameworks and streamlining workflows
- Experience managing high-visibility projects with senior leadership exposure
- Strategic thinker who can balance high-level oversight with day-to-day execution
- Strong leadership presence and executive communication skills
- Proactive risk identification and problem-solving
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative stakeholder manager who can effectively influence internal and external partners
- Location: Wilmington, DE or Remote (EST Hours)
- Work Arrangement: Preferred hybrid open to remote
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $54.84. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
