IT Project Manager

Job Summary
Our client, a leading entertainment and hospitality provider, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. This is a 22-month contract based in Orlando, FL, requiring a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week.

This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and programs supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to drive project delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Support Agile delivery while adapting to Waterfall or hybrid methodologies when needed
• Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and successful project execution

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience supporting technical teams
• Experience managing software development or enterprise technology projects
• Previous experience working within a PMO or Project Management Office
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• PMP Certification
• Agile certifications (CSM, ACP, CSPO, SAFe, LeSS)
• Experience supporting enterprise software development initiatives
• Portfolio or strategic program management experience
• Experience preparing executive presentations and program reporting
• Experience working in large enterprise environments

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $57.00 and $82.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
