IT Project Manager

Job Summary
Our client, a leading Media and Entertainment provider, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their B2B Product Solutions team.

• Orlando, FL
• Onsite Mon-Thur, Remote Fri

This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. 

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for owning and evolving a portfolio of internal B2B platforms that support core enterprise capabilities, including project and portfolio management (PPM), planning, execution, reporting, and integrations
• Play a critical role in enabling B2B product teams by leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) and Atlassian product suites
• Partner closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate vision and strategy into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and on-time delivery
• Develop and manage detailed program and project plans in partnership with Product Managers and delivery teams
• Translate product strategy and roadmaps into executable workstreams, milestones, and delivery plans
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Establish clear communication models and cadences with executives, product leaders, technical teams, and business partners
• Create polished, visually engaging presentations that simplify complex messages and stakeholder input into clear, compelling presentations, using strong visual storytelling to effectively communicate intent, progress, and outcomes
• Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and ensure commitment to delivery plans
• Support teams in clarifying requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient execution
• Ensure alignment across product, technology, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
• Define and track key delivery metrics related to project health, timelines, and outcomes
• Leverage tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Smartsheet to analyze data and produce meaningful insights
• Create reports, dashboards, and summaries that support decision-making and prioritization

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 15 years experience
• Strong experience working with PPM tools and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and Clarity)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical project and program management within complex, enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading projects from inception through delivery, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Ability to articulate vision, strategy, and requirements clearly to engineering teams and business partners
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Comfortable operating in a complex, hybrid, and fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience supporting B2B product teams in large, enterprise organizations
• Prior experience presenting delivery status and outcomes to executive leadership

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $75.00 and $82.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
