Job Summary
Our Aviation and Transportation client is seeking a Project Coordinator II for a hybrid contract in Chicago, IL. This role sits inside the internal Leadership Institute and Learning Delivery function, the team responsible for running corporate training and development programs across the organization. The coordinator will own the operational side of learning program execution including LMS administration, data reporting, scheduling, logistics, and internal communications. This is a junior-level role and under 5 years of experience is acceptable.

Our Aviation and Transportation client is seeking a Project Coordinator II for a hybrid contract in Chicago, IL. This role sits inside the internal Leadership Institute and Learning Delivery function, the team responsible for running corporate training and development programs across the organization. The coordinator will own the operational side of learning program execution including LMS administration, data reporting, scheduling, logistics, and internal communications. This is a junior-level role and under 5 years of experience is acceptable.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer the LMS: manage enrollment, track attendance, maintain records, and run reports
- Pull and validate program metrics, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Schedule and support training delivery across regions and time zones
- Build and execute internal learning communications including audience targeting, message scheduling, and follow-up workflows
- Manage Outlook Calendar for scheduling and logistics coordination across the team
- Collaborate and share files via Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Hands-on LMS administration experience: enrollment, attendance tracking, records management, and reporting
- Data analysis and reporting skills: pulling metrics, validating accuracy, identifying trends
- Training or learning program coordination background
- Learning campaign or internal communications execution experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook Calendar
- Chicago based with ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week
- Cornerstone OnDemand experience
- Power BI for dashboards and reporting
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive proficiency
- Background in corporate L&D, HR, or organizational development
- Experience supporting cross-regional or multi-time-zone training delivery
- Familiarity with instructional design or learning program development
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into clear takeaways
- Strong written communication skills for internal campaign and message development
- Self-directed and able to operate independently without heavy oversight
- Collaborative and comfortable working across HR, L&D, and business stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Schedule: Hybrid, 2 - 3 days onsite per week, 9am - 5pm CT
- Contract Length: 27 weeks
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $27.00 and $32.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
