Job Summary
This opportunity is for a long-term Project Manager supporting a highly organized and governance-focused environment within the Card Line of Business. The team is seeking a strong communicator and relationship-driven PM who can successfully manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring all project artifacts, documentation, and governance deliverables remain audit-ready throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will support several ongoing initiatives across a large technical ecosystem involving approximately 20–25 different technology teams. The Project Manager will serve as a central liaison between product teams, developers, QA/testing teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring all parties remain aligned on priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. This is not a deeply technical hands-on role, but rather a coordination and execution-focused position centered around organization, communication, governance, and accountability.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate onboarding activities for new platform builds and integrations
- Support multiple concurrent projects across a large enterprise ecosystem involving 20–25 different technology teams
- Partner closely with product managers, developers, QA/testing teams, and business stakeholders to drive alignment across initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, providing visibility into project status, timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Manage 2 to 3 projects simultaneously while keeping deliverables organized and aligned to target dates
- Facilitate daily project check-ins and go-live coordination meetings for active releases and deployments
- Lead governance meetings and working sessions to track project progress, gather updates, and ensure accountability across teams
- Document meeting takeaways, action items, decisions, blockers, and escalation points for leadership visibility
- Coordinate with product-led working sessions to capture requirements, updates, and project impacts across the ecosystem
- Create and maintain project templates, governance documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and communication materials
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams
- Utilize Slack and email communication channels to follow up with stakeholders, gather updates, and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide high-level stakeholder updates and distribute project communication summaries to leadership and partner teams
- Support process integration efforts and help standardize project governance practices across initiatives
- Maintain strong organization and meeting structure while keeping teams focused and aligned on priorities
- Operate as a people-focused Project Manager who thrives in highly collaborative, communication-driven environments
- Ideal for a PM with strong coordination, governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership experience
- General Project Management expertise required; no specific software or technical platform experience required
- 3+ years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients.
- 3+ years of Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management
- Process or Project Management certification (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results with complex projects
- Proficient in end to end project management delivery
- Location: Richmond Virginia
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $48.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
