Our client is seeking a Program Manager (Volunteer/Nonprofit) to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado.
The Program Manager advances social impact priorities by strengthening community partnerships, supporting strategic activations that serve the needs of the business, and meaningfully engaging employees through volunteerism. This role supports the Community and Market Impact teams key initiatives by managing volunteer programs, coordinating events, supporting internal stakeholders, and amplifying the impact of the nonprofit partnerships.

Our client is seeking a Program Manager (Volunteer/Nonprofit) to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado.
The Program Manager advances social impact priorities by strengthening community partnerships, supporting strategic activations that serve the needs of the business, and meaningfully engaging employees through volunteerism. This role supports the Community and Market Impact teams key initiatives by managing volunteer programs, coordinating events, supporting internal stakeholders, and amplifying the impact of the nonprofit partnerships.
Duties:
- Support the planning and execution of volunteer events
- Serve as day-of-event contact and on-site support as needed
- Support employees in training, adding, and approving events
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across departments to support shared volunteer and business priorities
- Ensure volunteer initiatives align with the brands, operational needs, and community investment strategy
- Manage invoicing and vendor payment processes, including payment portal set-up
- Upload and circulate contracts in Salesforce
- Maintain accurate partner documentation
- Support in-kind travel program funding coordination as needed
- Support communication with partners to ensure strong collaboration and successful event execution
- Monitor and help track volunteer participation, impact metrics, and partner outcomes
- Manage the volunteer program inbox and respond to employee inquiries
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the volunteer policies and compliance requirements
- Support creation and fulfillment of volunteer materials (t-shirts, signage, collateral, promotional items)
- Provide administrative and communication support for Hub Community Ambassador programs
- Assist in gathering data, photos, testimonials, and impact stories for weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Support budget tracking and expense reconciliation related to volunteer initiatives
- Identify compelling storytelling opportunities that highlight nonprofit partners and employee volunteers
- Draft communications for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, leadership updates, and social media content
- Demonstrated interest in and understanding how community impact supports business strategy
- Interest in learning about the needs of key markets and communities where the company invests
