Our Communications client is seeking a Program Manager to support their customer success and operations function. This person will own project tracking, vendor relationships, and migration execution while keeping leadership informed through consistent reporting and executive communication.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project tracking tools and systems in Smartsheet
- Manage vendor relationships and lead external stakeholder meetings
- Deliver status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to leadership
- Track KPIs and report on program health across active initiatives
- Keep migration projects on schedule and flag issues or jeopardies early
- Support cross-functional teams across operations and customer success
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Hands-on experience leading product or platform migrations
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or Jira
- Vendor management experience with external stakeholders
- Strong executive communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience working within customer success or customer support functions
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Previous experience a telecommunications company
- PMP certification or training
- Experience building and presenting KPI dashboards
- Six Sigma or Lean exposure
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Slack
- Experience supporting cross-functional program alignment
- Technology or telecommunications industry background
- Ownership mentality: take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
- Strong communicator who can adjust style based on audience, from vendors to executives
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
- Proactive about flagging risks and jeopardies before they become problems
- Organized and detail-oriented with multiple programs in flight at once
- Location: Alpharetta, GA
- Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite per week
- Contract duration: 6 to 12 months
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $55.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
