UX Designer

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is remote. 
 
Duties:

• Design end-to-end UX for web experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity, production-ready designs 
• Create clean, effective layouts with strong attention to hierarchy, composition, and usability 
• Deliver developer-ready files and specs with precision and consistency 
• Apply UX best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards 
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers 
• Contribute to and work within a design system to maintain consistency across experiences 
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders 
• Incorporate insights from user research and A/B testing into iterative design improvements

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience designing for web, including hands-on production design 
• Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and usability 
• Excellent visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout and detail 
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Figma 
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design 
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop 
• Experience producing web-ready design assets

The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $53.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
