Our client, a leading airline, is seeking a Dojo Operations Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations of its collaborative product innovation program. In this role, you will partner with product leaders, coaches, and cross-functional teams to organize immersive workshops, coordinate logistics, and help create an engaging environment where teams develop customer-focused solutions. Key Details:
- Contract Type: Contract
- Duration: 6 months
- Work Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday)
- Coordinate and schedule Dojo engagements, workshops, meetings, and coaching sessions
- Partner with Dojo Leads and leadership to prioritize upcoming engagements and maintain scheduling pipelines
- Organize hybrid experiences by coordinating meeting spaces, audiovisual equipment, catering, technology setup, and other event logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication regarding schedules, logistics, updates, and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain documentation, templates, schedules, and operational resources to support efficient program execution
- Support coaches and participating teams by ensuring they have the resources, access, invitations, and materials needed for successful engagements
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational processes, templates, and overall participant experience
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to coordinate activities across multiple initiatives
- Help organize information and documentation so it is easily accessible and actionable for stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience coordinating events, programs, or initiatives supporting product or cross-functional teams
- 1+ year of experience working within a large enterprise or highly matrixed organization
- Experience supporting project coordination, operations, administrative functions, or event planning
- Familiarity with product organizations, design thinking environments, or technical teams
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- General understanding of technology operations
- Airline or travel industry experience
- Experience supporting product management, design thinking, or agile teams
- Experience coordinating executive meetings, workshops, or large-scale internal events
- Background working with engineering or technology organizations
- Experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and team collaboration
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote)
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $45.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
