Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Event Management to support global customer engagement initiatives through executive briefings, AI-focused events, and strategic marketing programs. This individual will coordinate end-to-end event execution, manage event logistics, collaborate with sales and executive stakeholders, support customer-facing engagements, and ensure seamless delivery of high-impact experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong event management, project coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration experience within a fast-paced technology environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Support global Sales teams by consulting on and developing customized briefing agendas for customer, prospect, and partner engagements
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, transportation, signage, catering, giveaways, equipment, and onsite execution
- Partner with senior program coordinators and cross-functional teams to deliver executive briefings and AI-focused customer events
- Manage event platforms such as Cvent, including registration pages, attendee tracking, engagement reporting, and campaign support
- Coordinate content readiness, agenda development, materials preparation, and customer experience planning
- Serve as a customer-facing point of contact during events, ensuring successful execution and resolving onsite issues as needed
- Manage vendor relationships, including researching, selecting, negotiating, and coordinating event services
- Track event budgets, forecasts, costs, attendee data, and post-event performance metrics
- Support hotel and venue coordination including contracts, rooming lists, space planning, menus, and event requirements
- Coordinate technology readiness including hardware, software, demonstrations, and event support needs
- Develop and maintain event documentation, standard operating procedures, calendars, SharePoint updates, and operational materials
- Support post-event follow-up activities and help drive conversion of events into executive briefing opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Executive Briefing Program teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful customer engagement
- Provide reporting and insights related to attendee engagement, event outcomes, pipeline contribution, and business impact
- 3+ years of experience in event management, executive briefings, field marketing, customer engagement, or related marketing operations roles
- Experience supporting B2B technology events, executive-level meetings, or enterprise customer engagements
- Proven experience managing event logistics from planning through onsite execution
- Experience coordinating with vendors, venues, and external partners
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Executives, and business stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience using event management tools such as Cvent or similar platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives and customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting executive briefing programs or customer advisory engagements
- Experience in technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or hardware industries
- Experience managing customer-facing programs and strategic events
- Familiarity with pipeline tracking, conversion metrics, and event ROI reporting
- Experience with social media campaigns, customer invitations, and event promotions
- Experience supporting multilingual or global event programs
- Knowledge of venue contracts, event budgets, and procurement processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to build relationships with executives, customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected event challenges
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through
- Location: Fully onsite – Santa Clara, CA
- Schedule: 5 Days/Week Onsite
- Duration: 6 Months (07/06/2026 – 01/29/2027)
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $21.00 and $35.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
