Resource Deployment Manager

Job Summary 
Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Resource Deployment Manager to join their team! This position is located in Irving, Texas.
  
Core Responsibilities 

• Acts as support for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals
• Receives direction on resource assignments from RDM and then provisions them within the various systems for both active and pipeline engagements
• Ensures project assignments are complete and accurate
• Provides data input and report creation support to RDM and Lead RDM for justification of current and future headcount
• Assesses current resourcing requirements/plans to establish gaps or improvements for future resourcing needs
• Assists with running weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with Professional Services and appropriate department heads
• Assists in maximizing both utilization and profitability of assigned team of resources billable time
• Maintains constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
• Works with the RDM to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members
• Receives, analyzes and reports on weekly utilization reports for the Resource Management team
• Identifies potential resourcing or process issues and presents to Professional Services Management team with resolutions to such issues where applicable
• Recommends process improvements for Resource Management
• Writes, creates, and updates detailed operational procedures and documents
• Works closely with Operations teams, IT and business stakeholders to create and maintain training material, user guides and descriptions of product functionality to document current processes and newly released functionalities for resource management tools and procedures
• Ensures that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of Professional Services experience in consulting
• Experience in technical writing
• Resource management
• Project Staffing with suppliers
• Human Capital Management
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Business Analytics ( Automate tasks, analyze large dataset )
• Tableau, Looker and Smart sheet expertise
• Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
