Our client, a leading technology provider, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Advisor to join their team! We’re seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused contractor to support product marketing and program activities for our storage networking business. This role will help drive day-to-day execution of sales programs, reporting, and cross-functional coordination during a temporary coverage period. Our client, a leading technology provider, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Advisor to join their team! We’re seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused contractor to support product marketing and program activities for our storage networking business. This role will help drive day-to-day execution of sales programs, reporting, and cross-functional coordination during a temporary coverage period. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating across teams to keep initiatives moving forward.
Core Responsibilities
- Builds demand generation plan for all products within a segment
- Utilizes knowledge of all product lines within a segment to create and manage product launch and transition plans
- Manages product demand plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle
- Manages demand plan to prevent excess lead times as well as shortage/excess production levels
- Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives
- Analyzes gaps to plan and evaluates impact to financial targets
- Executes and supports sales programs (incentives, campaigns, enablement initiatives)
- Tracks program performance and analyze sales and pipeline data to identify trends
- Builds and maintains dashboards, reports, and business trackers
- Prepares presentations and summaries for internal reviews and leadership updates
- Coordinates with sales, presales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Supports recurring business cadences (weekly updates, monthly metrics, QBRs)
- Manages program operations, including approvals, tracking, and documentation
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, program management, sales operations, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience working in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in enterprise technology (storage, networking, or infrastructure)
- Exposure to sales programs, incentives, or go-to-market execution
- Experience working across cross-functional or global teams
- In-depth disciplinary knowledge
- Knowledge of competitor practices
- Subject matter expert
- Location: Hopkinton, Massachusetts
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
