Job Summary
Our client, a leading media & entertainment provider, is seeking an Accounting Associate to join their team and provide administrative and operational support during peak Tax Season. This contractor will assist with high-volume accounting-related processes, document management, workflow support, and special projects to help ensure timely completion of business-critical tasks.
This is a temporary contract position with an estimated duration of June 29, 2026 – August 15, 2026. The role is based in Celebration, FL and follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite requirements on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The first week of the assignment will require four days onsite (Monday–Thursday) for training.

This contractor will assist with high-volume accounting-related processes, document management, workflow support, and special projects to help ensure timely completion of business-critical tasks.

Core Responsibilities
- Support high-volume Tax Season operations by assisting with administrative and accounting-related tasks
- Prepare, scan, organize, and process financial documents, including envelope stuffing and document management activities
- Update internal trackers and assist with W-8/W-9 verification processes
- Provide ticket support and workflow assistance to ensure timely task completion
- Complete non-SAP template work and maintain accurate records
- Support C-Blocks, Coupa-related items, and other operational requests as needed
- Assist with additional special projects and process improvements during peak periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience performing administrative, clerical, or operational support tasks
- Ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain data and documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and internal tools
- Prior accounting, finance, or tax-related administrative experience
- Experience supporting high-volume seasonal business operations
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Experience working with Coupa or similar procurement/workflow platforms
- Previous experience with document verification or compliance-related processes
- Experience providing ticketing or workflow support
- Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheet tracking and reporting
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Adaptable and comfortable learning new processes quickly
- Reliable and organized with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to completing tasks

- Schedule: Hybrid
- Onsite Requirements: Wednesdays and Thursdays onsite; first week onsite Monday–Thursday for training
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $17.00 and $19.00 /hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
