General Accounting Analyst

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a General Accounting Analyst  to support complex compensation accounting activities within a global organization. This role is heavily accounting-focused and requires strong analytical thinking, journal entry preparation, and reconciliation experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly ramp up and operate independently while ensuring a high level of accuracy supporting highly compensated employees.

This role requires a candidate local to Louisville, Kentucky. This role is Hybrid (onsite Tues - Thurs; remote Monday and Friday). 

Core Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments, and stock-based compensation
• Maintain intercompany reconciliation processes across multiple brands and markets
• Prepare and record journal entries, including FX and expatriate payroll entries
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Shared Service Centers, and external partners to ensure payment accuracy
• Prepare intercompany invoices and manage cash settlement processes
• Research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong financial controls
• Support budget and reconciliation activities while ensuring accurate reporting

• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience
• Experience supporting expatriate payroll or tax equalization processes
• Experience with stock-based compensation accounting
• Experience working within global organizations

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $27.00 and $39.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
