Marketing Consultant

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Marketing Consultant to join their team! This position is in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. This role will support integrated marketing initiatives by developing strategic briefs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns and product launches

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leads to define campaign objectives and establish strategic briefs
• Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, media, digital, agency, research, PR, events, and legal stakeholders
• Assist with the development of strategic briefs for multiple products and audiences
• Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities to support strategy development
• Partner with insights teams to identify and fill knowledge gaps

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling marketing briefs and materials
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Strong team-oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Master's degree
• B2B marketing experience
• Experience developing promotional campaigns
• Digital marketing experience and understanding of market trends
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Gemini or NotebookLM
• Familiarity with SEO and GEO concepts
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to executive audiences

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
