Our client, an Enterprise telecommunications company, is seeking a Recruiter II who can find creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles, matching them based on knowledge, skills and abilities. This Recruiter would join an engaging culture where success is rewarded, and employee recognition is prioritized. They build and maintain connections with candidates for current and future talent needs.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, an Enterprise telecommunications company, is seeking a Recruiter II who can find creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles, matching them based on knowledge, skills and abilities. They build and maintain connections with candidates for current and future talent needs.

Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals
- Screen, interview and evaluate candidates, from experienced professionals to new graduates, to ensure the best fit
- Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels such as online platforms, professional organizations, technical programs and universities to attract specialized talent
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring laws by maintaining accurate records and monitoring internal processes
- Recommend recruitment budgets covering job fairs, campus events, tools and vendor fees to maximize hiring effectiveness
- Write and post job advertisements and respond to employment and agency inquiries, expanding reach to potential candidates
- Train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and compliance requirements, maintaining up-to-date recruitment files and proper candidate disposition
- 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience in full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience with LI Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Preference for talent who have recruited or sourced in a fast paced/high volume model previously, or for telecommunications
- Commitment and history of maintaining KPIs/SLAs
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Must work well with others
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Location: Greensboro, NC
- Onsite 5 days a week
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $38.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
