This is a full-time, contract positions. This positions is located onsite in New York, New York.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex calendars for the SVP & GM, prioritizing meetings, commitments, and competing demands
- Organize internal and external meetings, including handling scheduling, logistics, agendas, materials, and necessary follow-up
- Arrange and manage comprehensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Provide secondary administrative support to Vice President-level leaders within the Intelligence Ventures organization
- Serve as a key, highly responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including partners, customers, and vendors
- Assist with leadership meetings, team events, customer engagements, and day-to-day organizational activities
- Significant experience providing dedicated administrative support to senior executives in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with strict attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive-level correspondence
- Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Previous experience working within a technology, intelligence, or venture-focused corporate division
- Experience managing complex international travel logistics and multi-zone scheduling
- Background in coordinating high-profile customer engagements and large-scale team events
- Familiarity with corporate expense management systems and digital procurement tools
- Experience building cross-functional relationships across large, matrixed Fortune 500 organizations
- Ability to anticipate executive and team needs, identifying and resolving issues before they arise
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Collaborative and relationship-driven, with the ability to build productive partnerships across all organizational levels
- Known for high responsiveness, reliability, and maintaining a poised demeanor in an evolving business environment
- Location: New York, NY
- Onsite, Hybrid or Remote: Onsite (Requires regular in-person collaboration)
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30 and $40/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
