Associate Account Executive - Programmatic Sales

Job Summary
Our client, a leading media and entertainment provider, is seeking an Associate Account Executive - Programmatic Sales to join their team.

Contract Details

• Contract type and duration: Contract, 3 months
• Work location: New York City
• Onsite, hybrid or remote expectations: Hybrid, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

Core Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with agency accounts and assigned territories
• Coordinate communications between clients, agencies, and internal teams
• Assist with programmatic campaign setup, implementation, and ongoing coordination
• Monitor campaign pacing and help identify and resolve delivery issues
• Manage campaign pipelines, revenue tracking, and reporting
• Respond to RFPs and client requests and coordinate follow-up actions
• Partner with internal operations teams and external DSP/SSP providers to resolve day-to-day campaign needs

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 4+ years of experience in linear, digital, and/or programmatic media
• Experience with DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms)
• Experience with SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms)
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and advertising technology
• Working knowledge of how programmatic/digital media is bought and sold
• Strong data analysis and media math skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Salesforce experience
• Advertising technology experience
• Sales or Account Executive support experience
• Experience with campaign management systems
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
• Experience supporting RFPs and sales presentations
• Familiarity with data, measurement, and campaign performance reporting

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $53.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
