Senior Marketing Analyst
Job Summary
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst for a contract opportunity. This position will support a high-profile Brand Planning & Strategy team responsible for driving brand integration efforts following a recent acquisition. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and strategic marketing expertise with the ability to turn insights into business recommendations, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities
- Support brand integration initiatives between the organization and acquired entities
- Partner with Brand Planning, Brand Insights, and business stakeholders to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
- Project manage a multi-month research and learning agenda that informs marketing activation and planning
- Define business questions, strategic objectives, and key learning priorities
- Identify knowledge gaps and support the development of research briefs and materials
- Translate research findings and insights into business recommendations
- Develop compelling executive-level presentations and storytelling materials
- Facilitate collaboration between Brand, Insights, Marketing, Integration Office, and Line of Business partners
- Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and project progress across integration workstreams
- Support leadership decision-making through synthesis of market, customer, and business insights
- Collect and contextualize performance metrics, research findings, marketing activity, and competitive intelligence
- Consult with marketing and channel teams on plan development and refinement
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, market research, consulting, or related fields
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and business problem-solving skills
- Ability to define business questions and connect insights to marketing recommendations
- Experience partnering with research and insights teams
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Demonstrated project management experience supporting long-horizon initiatives
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience within large enterprise, consulting, agency, or financial services environments
- Background supporting brand strategy, integration, or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to multichannel and mass-media marketing campaigns
- Experience working closely with research, insights, advertising, or creative teams

- Experience supporting merger, acquisition, or integration-related initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
