Job Summary
Our client, a leading media and streaming company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team! This position is a 6-month contract opportunity located in Los Angeles, California. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite attendance a minimum of 3 days per week. The Marketing Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior marketing leadership while helping drive the day-to-day effectiveness of a fast-paced direct-to-consumer organization. This individual will manage executive scheduling, travel, meetings, and communications while also supporting office operations, facilities, onboarding, vendors, and team events.

The Marketing Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior marketing leadership while helping drive the day-to-day effectiveness of a fast-paced direct-to-consumer organization. This individual will manage executive scheduling, travel, meetings, and communications while also supporting office operations, facilities, onboarding, vendors, and team events.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, fast-changing executive calendar, including scheduling across multiple teams and time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense reporting
- Partner with executive assistants and administrative teams to coordinate multi-executive meetings and workflows
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, all-hands meetings, team events, and other internal and external gatherings
- Support day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, catering, conference rooms, and meeting technology
- Partner with HR to coordinate onboarding activities for new team members and manage visitor and workplace access needs
- Draft, proofread, and format executive communications, presentations, status updates, and meeting notes
Required Skills/Experience
- Experience providing executive administrative support to senior leadership
- Experience supporting office operations, facilities, or workplace services
- Strong experience managing complex calendars, meetings, executive travel, and competing priorities
- Experience coordinating vendors, catering, office services, and workplace needs
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive business and personnel information with professionalism, maturity, and discretion
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience supporting senior executives within media, streaming, direct-to-consumer, or technology organizations
- Experience supporting rapidly growing or evolving teams
- Experience coordinating large-scale team meetings and executive events
- Experience supporting employee engagement activities
- Experience working cross-functionally with executive assistants and administrative teams across multiple business units

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $37.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums
