Agile Project Coordinator

Job Summary 
Our Financial Services client is seeking an Agile Project Coordinator to review features and products before they go into production. 
  
Core Responsibilities 

• Manage backlog of requests that get sent to the team through JIRA
• Help lead the team with review backlog and identify requests, sprint planning
• Facilitate projects and take existing processes to help implement efficiencies
• Responsible for basic project management skills and understanding of analytics
• Ad hoc work, ability to adjust on the fly

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing Agile workflows for QA, testing, or pre-release teams
• Proven project management experience, specifically coordinating initiatives across multiple technical teams
• Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office
• Proven experience working with various stakeholders and the ability to teach Agile concepts to different levels of the organization
• Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized

Key Competencies & Behaviors 

• Familiarity with software accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and the concept of automated testing
• Hands-on project management experience implementing automated accessibility testing tools into release pipelines
• Exposure to centralized Agile team health assessments (such as AgilityHealth)
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align, Tableau Reports, and advanced Agile Metrics
• Experience in scaling Agile, preferably using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• RTE (Release Train Engineer) or Product Management experience

Work Environment 

• Location:  Hybrid in Richmond, VA

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $42.00.  Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
