Our Energy & Utilities client is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager support the Enterprise Protection, Data & Analytics (EPD&A) organization within Corporate Security. This role is responsible for overseeing physical security installation and infrastructure projects including access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and low-voltage security systems across multiple facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience supporting construction, low-voltage electrical, physical security, or infrastructure-related projects, along with the ability to coordinate vendors, subcontractors, field operations, and technical stakeholders within fast-paced environments.

Our Energy & Utilities client is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager support the Enterprise Protection, Data & Analytics (EPD&A) organization within Corporate Security. This role is responsible for overseeing physical security installation and infrastructure projects including access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and low-voltage security systems across multiple facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience supporting construction, low-voltage electrical, physical security, or infrastructure-related projects, along with the ability to coordinate vendors, subcontractors, field operations, and technical stakeholders within fast-paced environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage physical security installation and infrastructure projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate access control, CCTV, alarm, intercom, and low-voltage security system installations
- Conduct site walks, inspections, and field coordination activities
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation
- Track project milestones, purchase orders, invoicing, risks, and operational updates
- Support safety compliance, quality control, and troubleshooting activities onsite
- Collaborate with Corporate Security, IT teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders
- Maintain project reporting, dashboards, change orders, and PMO documentation standards
- 7+ years of relevant project management experience
- Experience supporting physical security, low-voltage, construction, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of access control systems, video surveillance, and related technologies
- Experience reading blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong vendor coordination, communication, and project tracking experience
- Familiarity with PMO processes, Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies preferred
- Experience with systems such as Genetec, AMAG, Honeywell, Lenel, HID, or similar is a plus
- Background in construction management, electrical systems, telecom, or field operations preferred
- Cross-functional coordination and communication

- Location: Chico or Redding, CA
- Hybrid schedule
- Mileage reimbursement available for approved travel
- Candidate must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Safety gear required for field visits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $58.00 and $82.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
