Our Travel & Hospitality client is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team! This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (application owners, platform teams, Dynatrace vendor partners), driving the project into production readiness, and operationalizing a repeatable, low-risk cadence for future upgrade cycles and tenant/global configuration changes.
Core Responsibilities
- Independently run the OneAgent Upgrade project: phased rollout, automated and manual validation, issue triage, rollback execution and remediation
- Lead Global Settings delivery: sequence changes by tenant, define release windows, validate minimal production impact, and produce an enterprise standard for global configuration management and minimal customization
- Maintain artifacts: project plans, RAID, dependency trackers, decision logs, runbooks and SteerCo reporting
- Communicate to application teams, platform engineering, support, and executive stakeholders; prepare concise SteerCo materials and communicate risks early
- Deliver operational handoff: validated runbooks, acceptance criteria, automation scripts or configuration-as-code where applicable, and a repeatable cadence for future upgrades and global settings updates
- Tracking & reporting (critical): own project-level tracking and reporting artifacts integrated status (weekly), an operational readiness dashboard, RAID logs and dependency trackers and provide daily status reporting during change windows
- Observability tooling: Dynatrace OneAgent & Dynatrace Operator familiarity strongly preferred
- Change control: release planning, rollback design and controlled restart approaches to minimize impact
- Coordinate application owners, infrastructure, Dynatrace contacts, and platform operations
- Develop, audit, and maintain runbooks for long-term scalability
- Adaptability in enterprise environments: effective across mixed delivery models, legacy and modern tech stacks, and organizational complexity while maintaining delivery momentum
- Actively identifies, escalates and mitigates risks and dependencies early
- Ensure leadership is never surprised by delays, scope impacts or delivery threats
- 3+ years in technical project management; demonstrable experience leading observability/monitoring platform upgrades or equivalent platform change programs
- Dynatrace experience is a must
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise upgrades across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes
- Strong competency in change and release management for production systems
- Calm under pressure: maintains clarity, organization and forward progress amid ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-visibility scrutiny
- Organizational Transformation experience
- Able to drive communication adoption and execution
- Proactive risk management and transparency
- Structured execution with repeatability in mind
- Cross-functional coordination with clear communication
- Location: Remote
- CST working hours
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $39.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
