Project Manager

Job Title 
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position will have a core role in the implementation and execution of a hands-on showroom demonstrating the latest in production technology innovation.

Core Responsibilities 

• Maintain project backlogs, task lists, and roadmaps for the Lab s internal development
• Work with other PMs in adjacent teams to synchronize inter-dependent tasks across multiple programs, tracking systems, and development philosophies
• Develop, deliver, and maintain planning tools regarding development activities
• Work with developers to break-down and estimate task complexity and delivery timelines
• Facilitate, organize, and run meetings, planning sessions, discussions, and reviews.
• Capture and manage follow-up tasks from meetings and verbal discussions
• Develop and maintain overall program schedule and resource requirements
• Communicate regularly and reliably to wider team and peers via regular check-in meetings, email, and other collaboration systems
• Identify blockers and impediments, and raise to leadership
• Work across teams
• Oversee agile development process across all phases of implementation

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of agile technology project management or equivalent technology experience
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager on large, complex, inter-connected systems
• Proficient in JIRA, Airtable, or similar project management tools
• Seasoned experience leading sprint activities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment while maintaining one's composure and structure
• Proactive and solution-oriented team member who can identify operational issues and recommend a path forward

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 

• Experience working in an R&D or Innovation department
• Experience working with union trades with waterfall or support-based development
• Experience working with tight deadlines and very visible high pressure projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML, XR, and cinematic technology is a plus

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
