Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Global Process Lead – Product Costing (Actual Costing Transformation) to join their team! This position is 100% remote.
This role will lead the design and implementation of a new global product costing process supporting the transition from Standard Costing to Actual Costing for all regions outside North America, beginning with China/Hong Kong go-live activities. This is a highly visible transformation-focused role with strong emphasis on process leadership, stakeholder alignment, UAT coordination, training, and global execution readiness.

Our client is seeking a Global Process Lead – Product Costing (Actual Costing Transformation) to join their team! This position is 100% remote.
This role will lead the design and implementation of a new global product costing process supporting the transition from Standard Costing to Actual Costing for all regions outside North America, beginning with China/Hong Kong go-live activities. This is a highly visible transformation-focused role with strong emphasis on process leadership, stakeholder alignment, UAT coordination, training, and global execution readiness.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead process design, standardization, documentation, and control framework to enable consistent execution across countries/regions
- Define the global process for Annual Standards and forecasted PUP including timing, roles/RACI, approvals, and handoffs between Finance, Supply Chain, and local plants
- Align forecast execution calendar including key milestones across global and local teams
- Coordinate end-to-end UAT for Anaplan including test scenario design, execution tracking, defect logging, retest, and sign-off
- Lead UAT coordination for each wave/country including daily standups, defect triage, and readiness assessments
- Plan and orchestrate China/Hong Kong UAT, Go-Live, and first forecast cycles
- Develop and maintain SOPs, quick reference guides, standard reports, troubleshooting documentation, and user enablement materials
- Design and deliver super user training and support models including hyper care playbooks and escalation paths
- Establish standard review and analysis routines for forecast versus actual product cost impacts and AOC linkage
- Product Costing and Actual Costing transformation experience
- Strong experience leading global process design, standardization, and implementation initiatives
- Experience coordinating UAT execution, defect triage, testing strategy, and cutover readiness
- Experience working with SAP Material Ledger, Anaplan, and Kinaxis environments
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Finance, Forecasting, Annual Standards, and PUP processes
- Strong stakeholder management experience across Finance, Supply Chain, FP&A, Planning, and IT organizations
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, process documentation, and user enablement content
- Experience supporting China/Hong Kong or APAC transformation initiatives
- Experience leading global ERP or Finance transformation programs
- Experience coordinating cross-functional global forecast execution calendars
- Experience supporting hypercare and go-live stabilization activities
- Exposure to Analysis of Change (AOC) reporting and variance analysis
- Experience working within large enterprise transformation environments

- Location: 100% Remote
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $120.00 and $130.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
