Job Summary
Our client, a leading communications provider, is seeking a Product Manager - Digital Experience to join their team. This role is a contract position, located Hybrid out of Greenwood Village, Colorado.
The Business Analyst supports Product Managers by helping define business needs, gather and document requirements, and analyze digital product performance to accelerate discovery and delivery of new website features. This role works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, technology teams, operations partners, and other stakeholders to document use cases, evaluate current-state experiences, identify trends and gaps, and provide data-driven insights that inform product decisions and enhancements. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of agile development, digital customer experiences, and business process analysis.

The Business Analyst supports Product Managers by helping define business needs, gather and document requirements, and analyze digital product performance to accelerate discovery and delivery of new website features. Core Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and reporting requirements for digital product functionality
- Analyze current-state and future-state workflows, use cases, and business processes; identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead meetings to gather information, align on requirements, clarify priorities, and drive shared understanding of business needs, risks, and next steps
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data from multiple sources to identify trends, usage patterns, operational issues, customer behavior, and opportunities for product and process improvement
- Monitor and analyze reports, dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc data to evaluate product performance, customer experience, operational outcomes, and business metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Use AI-enabled analytical tools, where appropriate, to support large-scale data review, pattern identification, anomaly detection, and summarization of insights
- Contribute analytical support for evaluating enhancements, defects, and production issues, including assessing business impact, trends, and priorities
- Create business documentation including process maps, requirements documents, data definitions, gap analyses, summaries, and implementation support materials
- Perform other duties as requested
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of Business analysis, data analysis, digital product analysis, or related experience
- Ability to quickly identify business problems, trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Ability to handle multiple projects across different cross-functional teams and priorities at once
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Experience supporting digital products, B2B portals, customer self-service, or telecom / digital communications workflows
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, digital behavior reporting, accessibility requirements, and customer journey analysis
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Adobe Web Analytics, Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools used for data exploration, insight generation, summarization, or large-scale information review
- Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL or similar analytical tools

- Hybrid (4 days onsite, one remote)
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $46.00 and $66.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
