Job Summary
Our telecommunications client is seeking a Program Manager III to support the business group by providing senior-level business support, including inventory, sales, and buyback management of uniform and gear programs. This role will work closely with vendors to ensure deadlines, contract requirements, quality standards, and company expectations are met. The Program Manager will manage the development and implementation of uniform programs and quarterly launches while partnering with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives and eliminate pain points.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our telecommunications client is seeking a Program Manager III to support the business group by providing senior-level business support, including inventory, sales, and buyback management of uniform and gear programs. This role will work closely with vendors to ensure deadlines, contract requirements, quality standards, and company expectations are met. The Program Manager will manage the development and implementation of uniform programs and quarterly launches while partnering with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives and eliminate pain points.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and provide budget oversight for the Consumer Group uniform program
- Lead preparation, launch, and sustainability efforts for quarterly uniform program initiatives
- Develop and implement process controls to manage inventory and minimize potential buybacks annually
- Manage contracts and vendors, serving as a liaison between management and vendor/partner organizations on contract development, execution, and vendor management
- Create and manage processes for monitoring inventory, sales, and potential buybacks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of uniform programs while supporting in-store brand experiences
- Bring forward changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to improve processes and develop best practices
- Manage change within programs, evaluate risks, and assess potential impacts on program delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer experience opportunities and eliminate pain points
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by business management
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in organizational programs, project management, or a related area
- Experience with inventory management, vendor management, and contract administration
- Experience developing project plans, schedules, and managing program execution
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting retail, operations, uniform, merchandise, or inventory-based programs
- Experience managing quarterly launches or large-scale program rollouts
- Experience implementing process controls and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with budget oversight and risk management
- Location: Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX
- Hybrid onsite schedule
- Not open to relocation
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is up to $41/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
