Senior Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team! This position is remote.
Core Responsibilities
- Own web project delivery end to end
- Scope, prioritize, and manage enhancements to the web properties and Drupal CMS, working with front-end and back-end developers, creative teams, and business stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Run biweekly release cycles
- Partner directly with developers to manage the active workload and backlog, make scope trade-off calls, and ensure releases are ready to ship — including UAT administration and go/no-go decisions
- Be the connective tissue between teams
- Serve as the daily point of contact between web developers and business partners
- Keep documentation current and communications clear
- Manage risk and remove roadblocks
- Identify scope changes and risks early, communicate them to stakeholders, and drive decisions to keep projects moving
- Contribute to PMO operations
- Support teammates in delivering PMO best practices, participate in process improvement, and help optimize how the team works
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience focused on web development
- Drupal is a must have
- Hands-on work managing CMS platforms and digital marketing or eCommerce web properties
- Understanding of how digital marketing teams operate, campaign workflows, content pipelines, web strategy, and can bridge the gap between marketing goals and technical execution
- Agile and Waterfall experience managing projects across distributed, global teams
- Ability to break down complex requests into detailed stories, sub-tasks, and documented requirements that developers can actually use
- Experience with issue-tracking and intake tools such as Jira or similar platforms, including production support workflows
- Clear communication with senior stakeholders. You can translate milestones, risks, and trade-offs into language that resonates at the leadership level
- Actively use AI tools to work smarter, and you're comfortable in a team that prioritizes AI-enabled ways of working
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus
- PMP certification

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
