Our client, a leading media and entertainment company, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join their Customer Acquisition team. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search and social platforms, helping drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and performance marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to build hands-on experience in media buying, campaign management, and digital marketing analytics.

- Contract Type: Contract
- Duration: 4 months (06/08/2026 – 10/08/2026)
- Work Location: New York, NY
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
- Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and execution across major search and social media platforms
- Support campaign management activities, including creative trafficking, audience setup, flight scheduling, and reporting
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying pacing, tracking, or optimization opportunities
- Pull and analyze campaign performance data to support optimization efforts and post-campaign reporting
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute pilot campaigns and test emerging marketing channels
- Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and project documentation to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Stay informed on new advertising capabilities, platform updates, targeting strategies, and industry trends
- 0–2 years of experience in paid media, media buying, media planning, ad operations, or campaign management
- Hands-on experience with at least one major digital advertising platform, such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Microsoft Ads
- Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPA, and completion rate
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an agency or in-house marketing environment
- Exposure to campaign trafficking and creative asset management
- Experience supporting subscriber acquisition or performance marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with international or global media campaigns
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or media partners
- Knowledge of campaign reporting and optimization best practices
- Passion for digital marketing and emerging advertising technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $25.00 and $30.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
