Job Summary
Our client, a leading media & entertainment provider, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator. This role will support and sustain enterprise content management (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), personalization, and production support platforms. This role provides critical operational support through platform configuration, incident triage, data validation, monitoring, and release readiness activities. As platform demand and complexity continue to grow, this position helps maintain service stability, support business initiatives, and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, a leading media & entertainment provider, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator. This role will support and sustain enterprise content management (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), personalization, and production support platforms. This role provides critical operational support through platform configuration, incident triage, data validation, monitoring, and release readiness activities. As platform demand and complexity continue to grow, this position helps maintain service stability, support business initiatives, and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Agile software delivery by coordinating sprint ceremonies, release management activities, and production change processes
- Coordinate ServiceNow change requests and prepare CAB documentation to support production releases
- Maintain sprint release manifests and track release readiness activities to ensure successful deployments
- Schedule and coordinate Go/No-Go meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint closeout activities
- Assist with release scheduling and deployment coordination across multiple software development and production support teams
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action-item trackers, and project artifacts for Agile delivery teams
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, presentation materials, and meeting documentation for Project Managers, Systems Engineers, and Software Engineers
- Track project milestones, action items, and recurring operational activities to support on-time project delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between engineering, project management, and production support teams
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure efficient project execution and software release delivery
- 1+ years of project coordination, project administration, or software development support experience
- Exposure to Agile software development practices and sprint ceremonies
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar project management and ticketing tools
- Experience creating presentation materials, meeting notes, dashboards, and status reports
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
- Experience supporting software development or technology organizations
- Exposure to release management, change management, or CAB processes
- Experience coordinating meetings and collaborating across multiple teams
- Location: Orlando, FL
- Hybrid, 4 days onsite
- Contract Duration: 18 months
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $25.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
